A heat loss survey is a survey of your property (each room) to calculate the heat loss for every room. It calculates how much energy is needed to keep the rooms warm on colder days. You might need one if you have unexplained heat loss in your home, want to know where you are losing heat, or if you are looking to upgrade your heating system.
A heat loss report is required by MCS if you want to install a heat pump. We will carry one out before an installation.
